About me
I am the GIS Director for Massachusetts Department of Conservation & Recreation, Division of Water Supply Protection. I’ve been with DCR since 2017, and have helped push the agency into being one of the leaders in GIS use within the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. Lately, you’ll find me thinking and talking about accessibility and GIS. My goal is to not only ensure GIS practitioners at EEA can meet our April 2026 accessibility deadline “because we have to”, but that people also gain an understanding of why this work is so important. Outside of work you’ll either find me reading, or with my Shockz on listening to anything from Rivers of Nihil to Taylor Swift, while gardening, running, cycling, hiking or snowboarding.
